These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by TaxiCarKigali, including transport, tours, and travel arrangements within Rwanda. By booking with us, you agree to comply with these terms.
A booking is confirmed once the client receives written confirmation via email, message, or invoice. TaxiCarKigali reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
Payments may be required in full or partially before the service date. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and mobile money. All prices are quoted in USD or RWF unless stated otherwise.
Clients may cancel their booking at any time. Refunds depend on the cancellation period:
TaxiCarKigali will make every effort to accommodate itinerary changes, but some adjustments may incur additional costs. Changes are subject to availability.
We provide safe, reliable vehicles and trained, licensed drivers or guides. However, we are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, government actions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Clients must provide accurate personal information, follow safety instructions, and ensure they meet health or permit requirements for specific activities (e.g., gorilla trekking).
Activities such as gorilla trekking require government-issued permits. These are subject to availability and are non-refundable once issued. TaxiCarKigali is not responsible for third-party service failures but will assist in resolving issues where possible.
Clients are strongly encouraged to obtain personal travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost belongings. TaxiCarKigali does not provide insurance.
TaxiCarKigali is not liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property unless caused by proven negligence.
Clients must wear seatbelts at all times and follow guide or driver instructions. Smoking, illegal activities, or property damage inside vehicles is prohibited.
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking is used only for service delivery and is not shared with third parties except as required to complete your travel arrangements.
Concerns must be reported as soon as possible during the service so we can address them promptly. Feedback is welcome and helps us improve our services.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be resolved in Rwandan courts.
